| In addition to the great features provided by Returnity, Returnity+ provides
for restricted access to data on items of evidence.
Access to evidence data depends upon privileges assigned by the administrator. Personnel not designated "Evidence User" can access and work only with lost and found data. An "Evidence User" may work with both evidence and lost and found data. Data elements essential to support the collection and management of evidence data have been included. Additional features of Returnity+ include the capability to designate "Storage Location" and "Storage Number", and a comment field for explanatory input. As with all other drop-boxes, the drop-box for entering "Storage Location" is fully customizable to the user's environment. Listings may be produced that show the contents of any designated storage location. Returnity+ transforms a fine Returnity product into a highly affordable property management system suitable for a host of campus, hotel, resort and other safety and security departments. |
